About
John contacted us with a brief to create a bike solely for the roads. He was after race geometry with light & responsive handling and the bike needed to perform on the climbs.
Graced by the Campagnolo Record groupset with hydraulic brakes, which Johns admits is his first bike with disc brakes, will really give confidence on steep descents.
Custom built PuraVelo carbon wheelset laced to Carbon Ti hubs and paired with Vittoria Tan walls really complete this bike.
The theme for John’s bike is based on his career in the parachute regiment. The bike is dressed in regiment colours with sky blue on the inner fork blades and inner rear triangle and metallic flake silver finish the logos and details.
Subtle details are throughout the frame such as the regiment motto engraved on the stem top cap and John’s nickname on the toptube.
