Made to measure, handmade and fully customisable. The Adventure Collection is based around the concepts of exploration, multi-day adventures and pushing personal limits. It has arisen to remove the overwhelming process of ordering a bespoke build while keeping the artisanal framebuilding craft alive.
The collection consists of the ANTUR, ELAN and NOMAD. A range of made to measure road, gravel and bikepacking framesets that have been inspired by the riding, environments and landscapes found throughout Wales. The frames are built to order to the customers requirements and body measurements.

The collection has arisen to remove the frustrations and overwhelming aspects of the process but still celebrates and keeps the handmade artisanal craft alive. The ELAN is an endurance road bike for long days in the saddle where comfort is paramount. The ELAN has a relaxed riding position and clearance for 32s, which is essential for mile munching on poorly maintained lanes and roads.

NOMAD
The NOMAD is an off-road/ bikepacking rig.
The NOMAD is for riders who aren’t afraid to get out in all weather conditions. This is the purists escape tool, with plenty of cargo carrying options on both the frame and fork, letting you load up and escape from civilisation.

Made to measure
The frames are based on rider body measurements and riding position that is taken at the bike fit session. Not only does a properly fitted frame improve rider comfort and performance but it also means any previous injuries can be taken into consideration when designing the frame.
Built to Order
Each frame is built to the customers specs and requirements.For example If you wanted internal cable routing with a T47 bottom bracket or if you were after more cargo points throughout the frame then this is all possible. This allows the rider to customize the frame to their preferred setup.
Colour
There are 7 colour choices for the frames. These colours have been inspired by the natural environments and landscapes found throughout Wales.
However, I appreciate these may not be to everyone's taste so I also offer a custom paint service where we work together to produce a unique paint scheme based around hobbies, inspirations and interests.

Lord Cycles aka Chris Lord is a bicycle framebuilder based in Cardiff, Wales, specialising in made to measure steel bicycle frames.
Each frame is completely unique and personal to the rider; from geometry, paint to the choice of components.
Nothing is rushed here, each frame is build with carefully selected materials and uncompromising attention to detail.
