Simon’s Cargo Fork
About
Simon’s Cargo Fork
Simon was after a cargo fork for transporting his shopping and dog around the streets of Bristol.
With a love for retro MTB frames and inspired by Crust and builds by Stridsland Journal, Simon has built the ultimate city slicker.
The fork needed to have mudguard mounts for all weather riding, disc brake mounting, have clearance for 2.3” tyres and a light mount. It was definitely a challenging build and a lot of head scratching was involved, however it was super fun and I loved building it.
Simon has a real eye for detail and has done a brilliant job with finishing the build. The subtle pink details contrasting the off white paint makes is really quite beautiful.
